So last evening we had a little scare. I was concerned that my water may be leaking. We proceeded to go to our doctor. Our doctor did some tests and was unable to determine if it was my water or not. Therefore, we were sent to the hospital. To our surprise, Ashley was the first person we saw when we opened the doors to the labor and delivery unit. She ended up being my doctor during our short stay at the hospital. It felt a little like I was playing doctor with a friend. We were thankful Ashley was there and even more thankful to find out that it was not my water (since I'm only 34 weeks) and the little guy will be staying in me for a few more weeks. Praise Jesus!! Ashley even let us see our little guy via ultrasound....he's so cute. I think he looks like his daddy.
